Chaijiali Tunnel, as an important node project of Sichuan Jiumian Expressway, has a total length of 3959 meters, of which the left width is 1987 meters, the right width is 1972 meters, and the maximum buried depth is 700 meters. The tunnel area is in Zhongshan terrain, and the tunnel structure is separate tunnel, which is a typical mountain road tunnel.
